From Brief to Delivery in Three Days — Bank Jateng
PROJECT
One of the more challenging projects I worked on came from Bank Jateng, when they approached me to produce a 30-second promotional video within just two to three days.
The campaign was created to introduce a new feature that allowed Bank Jateng customers to withdraw cash at nearby convenience stores in Indonesia, including Indomaret and Alfamart.
The timeline was extremely tight, and the budget was limited. Instead of treating those constraints as obstacles, I focused on developing a concept that could be executed efficiently while still delivering the message clearly.
Turning a Short Brief Into an Executable Concept
With only a few days available, I immediately developed the creative concept and production approach. The key was to make sure the idea was not only creative, but also realistic to produce within the available budget and timeframe.
After presenting the concept, the project was approved on the second day.
That left only one day to execute the production.
Production & Post-Production
On the third day, I went straight into production and completed the shoot within the same day.
I then moved directly into editing. To help accelerate the post-production process, I also incorporated AI tools into the workflow, particularly for the voice-over and several visual scenes.
This allowed me to reduce production time while still maintaining the intended creative direction of the video.
The overall timeline was essentially:
Day 1 — Concept & Creative Development
Day 2 — Client Approval & Production Preparation
Day 3 — Production, Editing & Final Delivery
The Result
Despite the extremely short timeline and limited budget, the project was completed successfully and delivered on schedule.
The client responded positively to the final video, and the project demonstrated something I value strongly in production: a good idea needs to be executable.
For me, production is not only about creating something visually interesting. It is also about understanding the limitations, making the right decisions quickly, and finding practical ways to deliver a strong result when time and resources are limited.
